Preparation: listened this material around 2 hours.

Preparation: practiced sentence by sentence every day (1-1.5 hours per day, around 2 months), keep listening the original material and try to imitate the tonality of the speaker(2 hours for each paragraph),listened and read aloud the original material at the same time (20ish minutes per day at the end of this practice period, around 2 weeks), do the best to synchronized with the speaker. Also, treat this material as a background music, listened it very day at all the free time.
